SELL: MONSANTO COMPANY (MON) Start Price: $82.13 Points: +6.83 Created: 02/02/2012 1: Stocks up 30% since middle DEC, mostly bc of litigation of there round-up product. No real effect on earnings. 2. Trading at 25 multiple to earnings, growth is around 10%. This is a 10% premium to its piers. 3. Mediocre revs, more of a dividend play than a growth play, but priced for growth. 4. Increased opposition to their genetically modified seed product (their bread and butter). Several states oppose their use and many european countries. 5. China released last night that they will not use Genetically Modified Seeds this upcoming year. 6. China released a report which says they have a corn surplus and have made all their provisions for wheat for the upcoming year. 7.
