SELL: LENNAR CP CL A (LEN) Start Price: $18.00 Points: -39.37 Created: 12/20/2007 While I believe housing prices will moderate during the late spring or early summer market in 2008 (partially due to lower interest rates), I do not think this will be enough for Lennar. Its CEO recently announced it will mothball properties (hold them til the market improves), I believe this could force a liquidity crunch for the company as it will not have enough cash to pay it and its JV's debts.
