I think consumer confidence is returning, I think this recession is just going to fade away more than anything, and everybody is just adjusting to such large fluctuations in pricing across the board. I think the Oil & Gas prices of 2004-06 were the biggest killers to this economy, Gas prices effected EVERYTHING! and with gas prices hovering around affordable, everybody can get their budgets back on track, and make future plans again with some "confidence" that prices will be where they are now. I'm not ready to dump everything just yet, I think we will see some future market stability, and even some gains..... (fingers & toes crossed)...
