How would you turn RIMM around?

you are new CEO of Rimm and you have $1.3 billion in cash and no debt for your company. Apple is set to debut Ipad 3 and their new Iphone. what is your plan?
Here is mine.
1. Embrace the cloud. Rimm has identity problem. business users want the guilty pleasure of playing games and sufing but want to appear professional. the cloud is perfect way to let business owner be discreet. no personal user info gets stored on the blackberry.
2. partner with google for select RIMM apps to establish app quality control. add a memory card that won't allow storage of apps onto phones to keep security safe. software is king.
3. stop making so many phones! thunder, storm, partly cloudy or whatever they call it.. too many names. make one product and sell bundles.
4. scrap Playbook. too hard to develop your own proprietary software. partner with Amazon. sync Blackberry docs to Amazon wirelessly through cloud.
5. get sports onto the Blackberry. business users are crazy about sports. watch MLB, NFL, NBA.Make exclusive deals with HBO For content.
better think outside the box. bring everything you have or apple will be too far ahead....

Gold

gold has gone up for last 5 years. very few dips. if it hops over the 200 day average again, then that is good risk reward on the long side.

gold has outperformed the markets and it has good relative strength.
