Another Way to "Game" the Simulator

Everyone who plays here at the P&P knows there are issues with the timing of buying and selling of your stock picks to wrongfully increase your score. I am guilty. I have closed reverse stock splits. Some right away, some months after that still weren't corrected. There is also the window of time at pre-market and after market were you can take advantage too, but I learned a new one this morning.

Wait until after 9:30 to sell your picks. Then it doesn't look like your were taking advantage of pre-market information. See, the trick is, the simulator does not start grabbing stock prices until after the 15-20 minute delay. So, close a pick by 9:45 - 9:50 and you get the close of the previous day. This works especially well when the market tanks. Like today!
