DPS has shown up on barrons pick this allow draws my interest. Comparing value price to that of KO and PEP there is definately some room for it to still move although I wish I had come accross this find about a year ago I still believe it will have better returns than SPX.

Russian's largest cellphone company has had some issues in the past. But with a new business plan in place things are looking very promising for this company. They are looking at a 25% increase of growth from 2009 numbers. 4% increase in subscribers, and 3% increase revenue per customer.
