A no-brainer. Put a quarter of your capital into this one and wait until it hits 25, then cover. It will happen. When? I think it will reach the target in late Jan 2009. Real Estate will come back!

Mechel was spooked by Kremlin disfavor, falling from the 50's to the 20's. The company's profits are hit by increased price competition, but they are taking a stake in a German firm and look OK. As fear of the Kremlin fades, MTL should move above 30.
