With the Standard & Poor's 500 (SPX) apparently reaching the top of its current trading range on Monday, I believe a short position in the ProShares Ultra S&P500 (SSO) exchange-traded fund may provide a reasonable return on investment in the short term, although tomorrow as well as the days before and after the Thanksgiving holiday might be problematic for it.
