. The global meltdown forced many govt's to overextend themselves into uncharted territory. Trials and tribulations in Dubai with delaying debt repayments, the UK debt is 100% of UK's GDP, the USA's debt is TRILLIONS and climbing, Spain and Greece on credit watch for possible downgrades ... probably won't happen ...
