General Growth properties got into trouble because of a perfect storm, they have good cash flow, their assets far outweigh their liabilities, & have been going thru the bankruptcy process for a good while now. Have received good breaks from the judges & it is highly unlikely that the judges will punish stockholders by liquidating the company when it is clear that it can emerge from bankruptcy in good shape. This one is a multibagger, maybe don't bet the farm but get in their for the ride while you can w/ a sensible percentage of your portfolio.
