It appears the company is having trouble with integration of new business units and may be light on experienced management. Execution ability seems stalled at present.
However company is very profitable and is using cash to buy back stock in a very favorable environment.
Buffets expression about "buy a company even a fool could run because someday one will" may be fitting for web.com at this point. With some management changes this company likely could pick the pieces back up and start it's growth engine again.
