Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (JEC) has agreed to provide engineering procurement and construction management (EPCM) services to DuPont Titanium Technologies, a part of El DuPont de Nemours & Company  (DD). The value of the contract was not disclosed.

DuPont is a manufacturer of titanium dioxide for the coatings, paper, plastics and specialties markets.

Per the agreement, the company will support the expansion of DuPont’s titanium dioxide sites in Mexico by rendering EPCM services. The total outlay for the project is estimated at $500 million. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2014.

Earlier, the company had received a local construction management services contract from Goteborg Energi AB. The contract value was estimated at $19 million.

Jacobs will lend support to Goteborg Energi’s GoBiGas-project, which is a 20 megawatt biomass gasification and methanation project in Goteborg, with its EPCM services from its offices in Leiden, The Netherlands. The plant is expected to come online in 2013.

Jacobs also entered into a five-year master services agreement (MSA) with Infineum for operations in Europe, Asia and North America. The value of the contract was not disclosed.

Infineum is a world class formulator, manufacturer and marketer of petroleum additives.

Under the contract, Infineum’s manufacturing facilities in the U.S., France, Germany, U.K., Italy and Singapore are receiving Jacob’s engineering services. These services will assist Infineum's project development at its manufacturing locations.

California-based Jacobs is one of the leading providers of professional, technical, and construction services to industrial, commercial, and governmental clients. The company directly competes with Fluor Corporation (FLR) and Foster Wheeler AG (FWLT).

The company offers services in four areas: Construction Services, Project Services, Operations and Management, and Process, Scientific and Systems consulting. These services are provided through offices and subsidiaries located principally in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Otay, I done did the research on TWM anna ifn you go to page 98 ov my closed picks you will "clearly" see that I closed it out "before" the reverse splitola date. Sooooo, NE1 who sez I cheated is FOS! In reality, you kin page up on this heeeya very bored anna see how I tried to notimafy the showrunner ov ALL splitola's in the Proshares n Direxion funds *-) Noooow, since I plan on getting to numro uno at this heeeya fine establishmunt witout any intervention in my flavor I am axin Brentski to make these adjusto's to my score. Pleez deduct 1343 points (I had an appx 10 point loss at the time o'the split) fo me TWM trade and add 10 points for my ALXN trade which ended up being a 90+ point loser whenst in fact I had a 10 point gain. I was given the closing price before the 2/1 split altho I was given the post split starting price. The windup? Deduct 1343 points from my score pleez, Brentski. Now "maybe" all the crybabies will STF up! *-) 3J

Thur ya go, Rimmjob...read the post 3 spewages abov thisn *-) Oiyay, so ya "know"...you kin go further up this thread anna you will see how I mentioned the fackt that "adjustments" were only being made to "open" picks and not closed picks. This is whyst I closed the play off "before" the reverse splitola...cuz I "knew' that ifn I held it as an open pick and Brentski hadn't expedited the split adjusto I would be sitting on a chitload ov points I didn deserve. It "looks like" Ms Sim now takes keer ov adjusto's even in closed positions. It did not know that until now. Thaaas whyst I "figerd" my jump was as a result of old picks dropping out ov my closed pasitions. Nuff sed. I'm jist glad I closed the pick out befo hand....udderwise I'd be dealing with "Rimmie clowns" fer 70 daze now *-) 3J
