Amazing, I have been away for two days and my mail box is full of this stock is up this stock is down. The next batch this stock is down these are up, etc. It's not what happens day to day it's what happens in 10 years. Look at the fundamentals if they haven't changed, quit worrying. You can lose more in a year trading looking for the next big riser than you can make in ten good placid stocks that pay a dividend or have good fundamental growth that you can calculate, that you watch carefully and hold thru ups and downs. If your stock is down and nothing else has changed, by golly it's on sale and you can get it cheap. If there has been a major shift in the companies market and you can see that the company is dead or dying, sell. Do you reasearh a sleep well. By the way the fishing is great this year.
