To keep some relevance in this post I wanted to share a few thoughts on NYB New York Bank Corp. Their dividend yield is around 8% and their stock price is near its 52 week low. They have over 200 branches in various states. The financial crisis in 2008 caused major problems for NYB but I can see them recovering strongly within the next few years.
