INSM sold their most promising pipeline of drugs to Merck, which is the only reason their financials appear to be attractive. Their Phase II clinical trials for IPLEX for treating MS were unsuccessful. Now what? This is a company with cash, but essentially no products nor anything in the pipeline. Maximum value = cash/share = $0.83, and declining.

The NTI board of directors on 12/09/09 agreed to a final dissolution of NTI with a extraordinary dividend of $0.18/sh to all shareholders of record as of 11/30/09. Furthermore, NTI is voluntarily being delisted from NASDQ.
There should be a warning label on your blog.

ITI is the only one of your three penny stock recommendations with a viable business model; however, its dependency upon municipal contract sales is declining in a market where local governments are under financial stress.
Current fair market value < $1.20/sh, with a projection of $1.85/sh by 09/2010.
My advice is to wait at least another six to nine months, or to wait for the stock to pull back to $1.25/sh (whichever comes first).
