HUM missed numbers - i was OK with that for next 10 days I traded HUM options daily and made decent money


Knowledge is which allows an individual to trade. Sure every trade is NOT  awinner - Except for few folks. I do not belong in that group and am ok with reasonable risk and reward

HUM made me approx $600 by trading few contracts after it missed the numbers. It was fun tradiing as The options kept making money with limit buy and sell orders as the folks were selling and buying a good company. Thanks to Mutual Fund managers

After hour mover - Berkshire Hathaway discloses ~3.4 mln share position in 13F filing, up from ~2.1 mln in Q3 in last 3 months

VRSK +24.0%earnings of $0.50 per share, excluding non-recurring items, $0.06 better than Estimate of $0.44; revenues rose 19.9% year/year to $351.6 mln vs the $340.27 mln consensus. In Q4, the co repurchased shares for a total cost of $40.6 million at an average price of $36.54.

just buy apple and forget about rest of market. if it goes down, media will call it buying opportunity. stock will jump on iphone 5 again.

i am guessing how many bought AAPL today on pull back and how many got out of AAPL

I am not in AAPL stock - missed the kaboom - could have traded options - did not
