I have made all attempts to keep my picks tp actual trading.

I have kept my open picks at a time to under 20.

This has been great experience to pick and say the system will work for you.

I am normally a bullishside picker and more comfortable that way.

I am also a value player and will guide the investment in medium risk oriented picks

Today I bought NDAQ and CERN in real money portfolio

Market is waiting for some king of positive response from Europe and any disappointment can change the market direction on the dime

Determining "value" is a purely fundamental exercise.

Several statistical studies have shown that valuation-based stock selection strategies work best when paired with Relative Strength. For me, the two most influential and accessible studies are James O'Shaughnessy's "What Works On Wall Street" and Charles Kirkpatrick's "Beat the Market."

In real-world terms, the subsequent outperformance seen in stocks that feature both low valuation and high relative strength makes a lot of intuitive sense. Think of it this way: if you see value in a stock that no one else ultimately sees value in, that investment is likely to be dead money, or at worst a value trap. After all, value stocks are always cheap for a reason -- even if you can't pinpoint the reason yourself. By pairing inexpensive multiples with a high Relative Strength rank, you'll never catch the bottom in a value stock, but you will be buying cheap stocks that are under accumulation, which greatly increases the odds you'll see a positive return on your investment.
