I had bought with limit of 2.68 yesterday
The spread is showing profit of $80 per contract - will hold for few more days
Interdigital Comm sees quick pop on GOOG-for-IDCC rumor (39.64 +0.52) : Briefing.com: The co has repeatedly been the target of M&A speculation—most recently on Nov 14. Co previously announced that the Board of Directors had initiated a process to explore and evaluate potential strategic alternatives.

I did take profit on the spread - it gave me 40% return meaning $1.10 for every $2.68 invested. - HOLDING PERIOD 14 DAYS
I will trade again higher or lower
