NOW SOME FOLKS WILL LIKE TO BUY 52 WEEKS LOWS AND SOME FOLKS WANT TO SELL 52 WEEK HIGH

My suggestion is make two tracking lists before putting real money to work.
Buy 52 week lows when you see volume at least 1.5 X normal 21 days vol. That means that the stock is finding support - it could just be short covering

Alimera Sciences: Cowen discusses Complete Response Letter -- says worst case scenario realized (2.13 -5.25) -Update : Cowen notes that ALIM just announced that the FDA has issued a second CRL (complete response letter) to the co's resubmission of its NDA for Iluvien for the treatment of DME (diabetic macular edema), citing safety concerns and requesting two additional trials. Firm views this as the worst-case scenario for ALIM, since (assuming the co decides to go through with the two new trials requested) this news translates into: 1) a multi-year delay, and 2) a very significant investment of capital, that the company does not currently have at hand. Firm says ALIM ended 3Q11 with $38 mln in cash and has $6 mln in debt, for a net cash position of $32 mln or ~0.98/share. They expect shares to trade around net cash levels on Monday morning. (Partner PSDV is trading -47% on this news
