NLY has done well in good and bad market times. NLY has already declared it's next dividend increase. I think you meant to say when NLY goes ex-div and then wait and re-buy. Keep up the good work!

Yes, I meant when NLY goes ex dividend, wait for 3 days and buy again, stock dips additional 30 to 40 cents based on past history. Trading can add another 5 to 10% to ones annual return on NLY
