Winners always learn from their mistakes - they do not brood or cry over it.

Trading is no different.
Pre Market futures were green - market opend on down side and dipped in negative by 80 points and recovered in next hour.
It does not matter which side of market you are ON. You still need a trading vehicle for given time frame. You can go long or short or both at the same time
I add my trading vehicles on P & P site and use them to trade stocks and options.
Every trader is different - some love to trade for 1/2% profit for few hours trade and some trade for 15% profit in 60 days - it is the choice one makes.
As long as you take some real money to your dinner table is all it matters.
