Reports Q2 (Jun) earnings of $1.40 per share, $0.30 better than the Thomson Reuters consensus of $1.10; revenues fell 3.8% year/year to $916 mln vs the $885 mln consensus. Despite a slow first half, particularly in Europe, the company continues to expect to deliver strong profitability for the full-year 2010, with a full-year comparable income target of $80 to $90 million. For the full-year 2010, the company expects revenues to be down slightly.

Co issues raises its guidance range for FY10, now sees EPS of $2.60-$2.80 (vs. $2.42 Thomson Reuters consensus), up from the previous range of $2.20-$2.50.
