TWPG is trading at almost all time low price under $4. Its market cap is 124 milllion with $2 cash on books.
Next earnings release: Feb 10 after market, unconfirmed. First Call Research estimate: -0.20, meaning not making money.

This could put it in to cross hairs as a buy out candidadte like LAB.

What do you think of this company?

I do not own any shares at this time in any personal trade account.

At the current burn rate, TWPG won't have cash for too long.
This is a company that needs to fail.
No rebound in sales revenue obvious, exceptfor Q4.
Poor management decisions. Too much damage to repair.
Better off waiting for Chapter 13, and then to make an asset purchase.

Technically this stock looks to have one more major wave down. At least that is what I see. I would sit and watch it a little more until it bottoms. The 2.36 low may be retested. Worth another look in about a week or so.
