I have noticed that 80% of the companies rally leading to the earning date. What happens after earning is another issues? Every investor knows the earning date is flip of coin - win or loose a decent amount.
I am buying Flour - FLR leading to earning date. The expected earning date is Nov 9. I did put some of my real money to work today buying at 50.31 with a limit order. My stop loss is 48.71 - about 3% loss. My target is 55 or higher.
Again the market conditions will have impact where the stock will go up or down.
Please do your own research and see if it makes sense.
I decided to buy some MON options in my private trading account after 3 PM today. MONsanto annouced earning about a week ago
