Krones AG is a Germany-based company that develops and manufactures machines and solutions for the beverage production, filling, packaging and labeling. The Company's activities are divided into three segments: machines and lines for product filling and decoration, which covers systems, labeling, inspection, filling, cleaning, plastics, packing and palletizing, and conveying systems technology for the beverage, food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and tobacco industries, among others; machines and lines for beverage production/process technology, which covers brewing and filtration technology, information technology (IT), intralogistics and product treatment technology; as well as machines and lines for the low output range, which operates through the Kosme Group subsidiary and focuses on the scaled down versions of its machines for product filling and decoration. Krones AG also develops polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles. It operates numerous (more than 50) subsidiaries worldwide.
