LS telcom AG is a German system solution provider for radio spectrum management and wireless network planning. The Company divides its business activities into the two segments System Solutions as well as Single Modules and Services. It provides wireless network operators with strategic consulting, radio network optimization and operational assistance services, as well as software applications. Its consulting and engineering services involve bid planning and pre-planning, network design and implementation, frequency planning, radio link planning and fixed network planning. Its products are used in sectors such as broadcasting and mobile communications, air traffic control, police and taxi radio, microwave links and satellite systems, digital radio and television. As of September 30, 2009 the Company operated through four subsidiaries: LS telcom Limited in Canada, Vision2Comm GmbH in Germany, LS telcom SAS in France and LS of South Africa Radio Communication Services (Pty) Ltd. as well as representative offices in Hungary, China and Oman. The company in based in Lichtenau and has 140 employees.
