What happened to TELECOMUNICACS DE SAO PAULO SA T (VIV) 6/8? . . . Any info appreciated.

Based on the "Notice to the Market" embedded in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Form 6-K filed Jun 3 by Vivo Participações S.A. (VIV) [http://tinyurl.com/694smdc], I believe it may take until Jun 27 for all the smoke related to the company's Corporate Restructuring to clear.

*I'm thinking about a career switch of sorts in the next 2 years +1
*I like window seats and enjoying the scenery + I don't like having to get up when someone has to go to the lavatory. On the other hand, sometimes I don't want to wait longer to get off. 0
*Visionary--I believe so. +1
*I enjoy educating others; I'm decisive for long-term planning, but for short-term emergencies, forget it. As to being trifled with, I don't much care--it's an ego thing; I've got too much of an ego anyway, and I want to be mindful to hold it in check. +1
*High returns with higher risk--absolutely +1
*I have a few pet stocks based on themes (MAPP, WFM, CAT), but most are based simply on a screen for low price to cash flow-price to sales but with increased earnings est revisions, without particular industry preference. 1/2
So I'll give you a 7.5.
I'll try one: you enjoy retirement but want to keep your mind as active as possible with new ideas and new ventures.
