Sorry to disagree Joe ... I like the Zacks blogs and their reporting. I think Zacks and I focus our analysis on available PUBLIC information in an attempt to arrive at a best probable statistical "future" outcome. If you prefer " ... the best educated guess ..." sure, it's all of that ...and WE ARE ALL going to be wrong at one time or another.

You can not fault Zacks for not knowing what hasn't yet been reported. Fact: "... the management of every company knows "stuff' we average joes, and janes, do not have access to ( or shouldn't have access to ) ..." Therein the management of every company has an opportunity to surprise, disappoint, or bore Mr, Market.

Fair is fair: Let me point to your "BUY" call on ZSL, shortly AFTER I was calling to SELL ZSL, all the while Silver has been forming, what looks like an inverse head and shoulders bottom --- a BULLISH chart patern, which this week will settle conclusively.

I admit I am not perfect. Even when the math is right, Mr. Market gets the last world every time.

Last thought: It would be interesting, and informative to develope a batting average like statistic for analysts ...

Hello, Vet, foist off...I doan gots ZSL on me open list no mo cuz it needed to trade belowst the price point I mentioned whenst we last discussed silber. That sed, ZSL has now taken out that price point by Mo than I "expected" ...ann I SIRIously doubt it will go aaall the way down to take out the last remaining nonconfirmt low ov 10.63 befo silber crahses n berns. As I already sed, we kin now use the year 2008 as a "guide" so to spek. Contrary to popler belief, the things you "ssthink" have not yet bin reported in fackt have already bin reported. Mr Market has already given us "clear n decisive" info-may-shun about >>> Thangs to come *-) 2008 wuz MUCH mo unclear than the current point in histery actually. Fo instunce, in 2008 I didn "know" that GE was gonna trade belowst $10 dollahs. But now that it did...ann left a nonconfirmt low at the 2009 low...I "know" it will be taking out that low at "sometime in the future" *-) The same kin be sed fo 90% of ALL tickers. We now "know" that the Feb/March 2009 lows weren't low enuff...becuz Mr Market told us that on the charts at the time it twuz happnin. So basically what I am saying is that the ENTIRE period since then has bin sheeeer "fabrication" ....ann it makes purrfeckt sense too whenst ya sssthink about it. Look at it this way. Ifn you had bankrupted yerself but the banks came along ann STILL lent you anudder say $20K....wuz yer "previous" problum solved simply becuz you got a new line ov credit? Well, the problems the banks have are even MUCH greater than that thur. Thur asset base is gonkulated on housing stock that has been leveraged Mighty Mo than "too many times" to EVER be made whole. You are "correckt" about sumphin tho....the Moneyrunners will NOT be able to hide the trooth from the "real" market in the end *-) 3J
