Is there anything left, any hope for RIMM (Research in Motion), the maker of the Blackberry?
I say NO. While the cat was away, the mice have taken the cheese. The CEO of Blackberry has been preoccupied with other endeavors. In the meantime, APPLE and google's ANDROID have taken market share.
Not only that, the mighty cash-horde of APPL and ANDROID appear to be positioned for even greater innovations and improvements to continue to whittle Blackberry narrowing share of the market. We think it's too late for a blackberry comeback.
It appears RIMM and their buy-and-hold investors are heading down the graveyard road taken by Blockbuster. Good ole NOKIA (NOK) not only missed the bus but didn't even play the game. Who goes first?
RIMM will be remembered as the first major smart phone to be owned and used by corporate america.
To be even-handed, a positive article on RIMM is listed below via the link. I think the article's point of adapting the android is too little too late and which android will not go along with.
I say SHORT!
