Another one Worth a look

Here is one I haven't entered, but from a risk reward perspective 3 weeks to 3 months .... looks like a good GAMBLE. This means you don't bet the farm.

INSM. Maybe you buy half position now and another half on a pullback near .91-96 cents ...

This piece o shit also looks like its in play CNLG.

And EMKR ... this one looks quite good for potential move up.

Enjoy

RNN - A Speculative pick, worth taking a look at,

I am not saying buy this now, although the chart looks promising. Maybe you could buy on a pullback after doing your DD. People here know I don't like the little ones, since there is a lot more risk. However, if you play with a smaller amount of dollars you can sleep well at night.

There has been a bunch of news lately on RNN and I suppose when the fanfare subsides there could be a mass exodus, providing an entry opportunity for the stealthy. I don't suspect it will drop below 90 cents …

Careful, many charts topping out

After looking at a lot of charts, there seem to be many starting to fold, particularly the Indexes and ETF;s.

Things haven't looked this bad for a long time. Its starting to look like December 2008 again.

If you a long term investor, I suppose its time to consider buying some of your favourite stocks on the dips.

IF your a trader, it looks like now is a time to start shorting or buying inverse ETFs.

I plan on easing my self into short positions, but being ready to change should …

PFSW - interesting news -

Hi

Bought some PFSW on the news with P&G allowing them to sell P&G product via their online site/s.

Market cap was 25 million and they have 300 million in sales, so at 1/12 price to sales ratio and new big potential I jumped on it. Anyway,, with the P&G news if PFSW can capture 3% of the sales of P&G(80 Billion ) ... thats another 2.5 billion in sales. And if they can capture 5% profits on that, thats 125 million in yearly profit. Divide this by the 10 million shares and we are seeing…

Another little Gem,

Assuming we can trust the numbers on the books, and what google shows.

Good Sales growth over the last four years. Great ROE and Margins. P/S~1 . Book value near the current price of $1.59.

Market cap 73 million.

Pharma holding company in china.

I suspect this one fits the little gem moniker as it trades at a low value, and has exhibited great growth in sales, and has excellent margins.

Bad side: very small and trades on OTC so is a bit speculat…

small mcap at 400 million so lots of room for sales growth. Nutritional supplements in China = great opportunity for growth. These guys would pay to use ground monkey nuts for lip balm if you told them its going to improve their breath. Of course they would do this for years not needing any scientific proof !.

That is a business that you want a piece of !

ROE=40%, Margins 28% WOW.. with continued growth and a fair PE this could be $100 in a few short years. Current EPS about $2.50

IO or ISYS

Which one of these charts would you go with ?

I would chose IO as there is much less overhead resistance and a longer base. Someone who looks at the really short term might chose ISYS thinking that IO has risen too much in the the last three weeks.

Lets see how this plays out.

Scoring

Date September 22, 2009     Comments Comments (13)    Rate this post Recommend This Post (75)
A guy who is just learning at the first page and the highest average return. The scoring is quite unrealistic, and could use some improvement. Until then its just a game. Just JOE could put up 10000 picks and get back to the first page.

Sorry but, I have had it.

Probably going to be spending less time here.
