Share ThisToday (10/10) the NYSE Bullish percent index crossed below its 23d MA and is touching its 23d EMA, which combined with a negative divergence, and the 60/5 PPO of the $CPCE not near an oversold point, gives me a bearish signal, prompting portfolio hedging using the SH to offset long positions. Of course always a possibility of a whipsaw, but Oct is always a dangerous month.
