Whats wrong with the system? I have made several picks that are yet to process. Is this a temporary problem? I hope it is.

I believe the system will register your picks after the close of the market. Look at your pending trades.

Earlier this month, we were seeing a two day delay for some picks. This was a programming problem that we tried to address on 6/11 with an updated script to do the processing overnight.

It ran correctly for a few days, then failed from 6/18 to 6/20. So any picks entered after 4:30 on 6/17 were held in limbo until we fixed the process on Friday.

Today's initial testing indicates that Friday's error fix was effective. Picks entered during market orders on Friday now appear as active today.

If you continue to see problems with the order processing, I trust you'll keep us apprised. It looks like we now have it behaving as intended. Any pick entered before 4:30pm on a day when the market is open will appear as active the next day. Any pick entered after 4:30 will appear the following day.
