Dow over 9,000 and VIX is at 23, Home sales rise and economy starts to recover. This is the market tells us so, full of optimistic views. When everything is look so good. Investor should act cautious. Dow up 13% in less than 20 days seems too riskey to chase high. But I guess the index probably will go higher in the next few days because of the hype.
