BUY: WILLIAMS COS (WMB) Start Price: $21.81 Points: +2.34 Created: 01/12/2010 Williams has proven to be a strong resilient company. In the past they have been down around one dollar a share and came back to some where near 36.00 a share I don't have the exact amount before me but that is close.
