SELL: OVERSTOCK.COM INC. (OSTK) Start Price: $10.00 Points: +8.44 Created: 12/03/2008 Stock is way down from lows, but I still don't think it is a good buy. In fact, now may be a good time to get out. It is up to $10 from under $7 over the last week or so. OSTK has a high debt load and is losing money. It is expected to continue losing money into next year, and the expected losses have increased over the past few months. They did have a smaller than expected loss last quarter. If that continues to happen, maybe I'll change my rating. I could see the stock price going to zero if things don't improve for OSTK. The debt and losses are a very bad combination.
